I have been involved in early childhood education since 1984.  Young children and their families are my passion.  I also enjoy spending time with family and friends.

Daniele Schroeder

This is my second-year teaching at West Heights, and I have 5 years of home childcare experience. I have been married 22 years and am a proud mom of twin boys, age 15 and two girls, ages 17 and 20. Children fill my heart with happiness, and I feel blessed to teach yours!              

Joni Bush

I am so blessed to teach preschool at West Heights.  Each day is an amazing gift and adventure with the kids.  As much as I hope to guide them during this year, I have found that they are constantly teaching me!

Cindy Shaffer

I began teaching in 1978 and after 27 years retired from my principal position to explore "other things."  I found West Heights and a mission of caring education that fit my own.  I was asked to develop a literacy program. I have been able to combine my love of children literature with my passion for early childhood education.  I am sure you will enjoy our program.

Pam Lane

I have worked at West Heights Preschool for around 19 years. I am married. I have a son, a daughter and 7 grandkids! I'm very excited to be with your kids this year!
